Megastar Amitabh Bachchan shared that incredible on-screen character Dilip Kumar, who was hospitalized on Saturday morning for "high fever and mid-section disease", "is doing fine" at this point.
Amitab Bachan posted the news in the wake of having a word with the Dilp Kumar's wife Saira Banu about his wellbeing. "Saira ji informs me that he (Dilip Kumar) is doing fine, by the grace of the Almighty... Prayers for a speedy recovery," Bachchan tweeted on Sunday. The 93-year-old actor ran high fever and experienced sickness on Saturday morning and was hurried to Lilavati Hospital here.
The legendary actor, whose real name is Mohammad Yusuf Khan, acted in movies like 'Madhumati', 'Devdas', 'Mughal-e-Azam', 'Ganga Jamuna', 'Ram Aur Shyam' and "Karma" amid his six-decade long profession. He was most recently seen in the film "Qila" in 1998. Dilip Kumar was recompensed the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in 1994 and the Padma Vibhushan in 2015.
